CANCELLATION POLICY

 Our cancellation policy is that as long as we have 5 days notice, we will process a full refund, no questions asked. For our last minute cancellations we will reschedule or issue gift certificates that have no expiration date. In travel delay cases, like flights snowed in or hurricane conditions we certainly will make exceptions! If we need to cancel due to weather (this rarely happens) you would have your choice to reschedule or get refunded. We always do our best to work with people, we just ask that you let us know with as much notice as possible.....when you book a tour we save those seats for only you!
